Gardner Middle School

garder school is so unorganized. the teachers dont follow through with homework, my son never has homework and when he misses class they dont even send the appropriate assignments home. Get on your job

unknown: I want to see the staff and class rooms better organized/, and in order (i.e.... cleanliness).  I was told several times that my child was missing an assignment, only to find it deep in a pile of paper (in box).  Of which had not been corrected.  If you know you have a meeting with a parent, please come to meeting organized and prepared. It does not reflect well on you or the school.  You only get one time to make a first impression. The appearance and manner of which the staff speaks to parents and students leave a lot to be desired....  Sincerely, a concerned parent.
Who can we speak with to voice concern and make changes, and WHO truely cares for these kids??????

I feel that Gardner is your average school. It need's improvement's with the teacher's big time but other than that it's an okay school.

My child attends Gardner Middle School and I don't feel good about it at all. My child has alot of friends, but the teacher's in 7th garde are horrible. My child's one teacher juts sit's there all hour and screams at them all hour. No hand's on activities or anything so it's the same thing week for week. That teacher doesn't even teach them anything. We didn't have this problem 6th garde, just the 7th grade teachers need improvement very soon. I know alot of kid's used to love 6th grade but alot of kid's hate 7th grade. I also feel as if the teacher's grade the student's as if they were in college. I know there 7th graders but if you grade them that hard then at least have some hand's on!
