Crossroads for Youth School Reviews
i went to the day center many years ago i still remember mr west and mr lavally they helped me more then anyone in my life befor i went to crossroads i was selling drugs and carrying guns when i left crossroads i had a job i had respect and i have not lived the life of a drug dealer sence so i thank them for this if not for them i would most likely be dead
I was one that went to learning center and they helped me with schooling and to see that I messed up and to relook at my life couse I could have been locked up but I went from 6 to 6 I was going for my ged but I did all my time I went over the time that I had there its a really good place to straight in out kides. After I left there I did a 180 and slowly getting back on my feet. And all the people r the nices people there.
I have had a son come here and attended the learning center program, and I do not feel they are helping these kids with what they really need. If the children are there for other reasons other than the court system it is a different story, but this entire Crossraods For Youth so called "program" is set up entirely for faliure. They only let a few graduate now and then to make it seem like it is not, but I believe it is other wise. They should separate the alternative school for kids that "need" help from the juvenile delinquents. These "staff" can do whatever they want with these kids and get away with it. It is ridiculous.
I BELIVE THAT THIS SCHOOL IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE KIDS THAT ATTEND MY SON ATTENDS THE ACHEIVEMENT PROGRAM I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD REPORTS ON HIS GRADES THEY REALLY WORK WITH THE KIDS.I AM THANKFUL FOR THEM EVERY CHILD DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE THAT IS VERY TRUE AND THATS WHAT THEY STAND FOR
