Queen of Peace was an excellent school when our child began attending, we were impressed by the small class size and the amount of one to one interaction between students and teachers.
However since the principal left the school and subsequently was replaced everything has changed. They began thinking more about their numbers and funding than the welfare of students. Demanding us to send our sick child to school in the middle of the bird flu outbreak, they suddenly were punishing for missing days because of genuine sickness.
Our child's current teacher lacks any understanding of circumstances and has no patience stemming from extreme inexperience in education. This is a private school and we pay our fees like the other parents yet our child is treated completely differently and is being excluded from school event after school event even though they are paid for.
It is a shame, we both loved this school. I would not recommend anyone send their children there at the moment.
