Nuevas Fronteras

My daughter attends a spanish immersion program.  In some ways it has been proven to be a challenge, but in others an advantage. Parents must be ready to be very involved & hands on with homework, incorporating English reading & writing, and self-teaching the Spanish language. I must say I'm impressed with her comprehension & how fast her Spanish skills have developed. I've found close communication with her home room teacher is a must for her to effectively benefit from the program.
