Funding for charter schools is based on designated local or state educational organizations. Students score at one of four levels: does not meet standards, partially meets standards, meets standards ,and exceeds standards. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed standards. In order to graduate from high school, students must pass the grade 10 reading and grade 11 math MCA-II exams.
