St Vincent De Paul Catholic School Reviews
SVDP is AWESOME
I am a former student of St. Vincent de Paul. If you go to this school, it's like having a second family. Everyone (especially the teachers) are caring, and we are exposed to community service projects. We do things like food drives, fundraisers, ect. Every Monday-Thursday we have prayer and pledge where we announce birthdays, prayer, pledge, and a song. On Fridays, we have a school mass. In the mass, we have a school choir (which I was in) that sings, and students that alter serve (I alter served a few times while I was there). We also have activities that students can participate before or after school such as choir, gymnastics, reporters, music lessons, track team, cross country, chess club, ect. St. Vincent was also a great learning experience for me. Our learning system is great, and sometimes we have projects, but we get plenty of time to do them. If a student does not understand something, then a teacher will not stop until that student "has it down pat". The teachers will also make sure we learn about things that do not have to do with academics, such as not to drink drugs or do alcohol, not to gossip, and moral values. There is a LOT of good things to say about St. Vincent de Paul.
