Good school and teachers

First year here and all has been well. My son seems to be doing well with their curriculum. (9th grade)

DCA cares!

Desota County Academy is a school where everyone that works there cares about the students and helping them succeed. I've never seen a school with so many people that really and truly, honestly care about the kids.

Great school!

We have been very pleased with Desoto County Academy and my kids are really enjoying it. It has been everything we were looking for and has brought a much needed change from the public schools.

DCA is a great school and a much needed alternative to huge public schools.  Our first preference was to home school, but since we both have to work, this was a great alternative. They teach Christian values and hold the children to high academic standards by using Stanford Achievements tests to measure their progress each year. Small classroom environments allows for more teacher/student interaction.  My kids have been going there for 2 years, and we are definitely going back.  The school is working to continue to update and improve the facilities, but it needs increased enrollment and support.
