Parker Road Elementary School Reviews
parker road is horrible when it comes to understanding kids with special needs. the staff there along with special school district is very closed minded. For years they have refused to listen or respect a parents experience and understanding of the childs needs. They refused to the hear or respect outside professionals in the medical fields who work with my child. Special school district states they are the educators and they only have to consider what doctors say. My child has and continues to be failed horribly. We continue to deal with suspensions and them not being able to meet the childs need and refuse to be accountable or seek on how to get him into a school environment that can mmet his daily needs.
Parker road, despite the review by a parent (On Jun 3, 2010) was an excellent school. I went there from Grade K-5, and the school taught me things, the school I went to and 6th grade did not, such as cursive. It was very enjoyable, and if I had to choose one of the elementary schools I went to during K-6 I would have chosen Parker Road. :D
Parker Road school did not meet my childs academic needs.
