Babler Elementary School

The staff at this school are outstanding.  They work hard at being good quality teachers. Most of them are truly liked by students and parents. However, the administration is another subject.  The principal rules with a iron fist.  Staff are always on edge when she is around.  It's basically her way or the highway.  If its not her idea it doesn't happen or she'll change it so it becomes her idea.  Babler was recently awarded for being a school of character.  Awards are high on the administrations list of priorities and they will go to any extent to get them.  The character award was received by deception and lies.  90% of what was done just before the evaluation was just for show.  The parents, students, and staff that were allowed to be interviewed were carefully   picked.  The principal is not in tune with children at all.  The expectations that she has for them are ridiculous.   She is taking away the fun of elementary school for them by making them act like little adults.  I believe that she would be liked  at any level of school, due to her attitude and unrealistic expectations.
