Honestly, when I attended Central (In 2006) it was the best school in the district, and I suspect it still is. Though it is in the "bad" part of town, it has attracted some of the finest teachers in the state and several amazing academic programs, such as the IB and the Middelers program. It is a very diverse and high quality school. If I moved back to Missouri when I have children, I would send them to Central without the slightest second thought.
