Central Visual/Perf. Arts High School

This school was average. While I went there, there were funding issues, which severely impacted the students ability to do anything in their art. There aren't enough instruments in alot of classes. The students aren't challenged enough in the regular classes. While it was very slowly getting better, something should be done. Many students in the school simply do not deserve to be there, as they flunk their arts and never show up. Those spots could be used for someone who truly wants an educaiton in their art.
