St Matthew School Reviews
We moved to Bellevue last year and chose St. Matthew Catholic School. The school is a wonderful place where our three children feel welcomed and challenged. The small class size has been such a blessing, and the educational and spiritual environment is what we were looking for. We feel confident they are receiving a solid foundation at St. Matthews that will guide them as they move onto high school and beyond.
Our two children (4th & 1st grades) have attended St. Matthew School since preschool. We have been so pleased with their education. They are being educated as a whole person- both academically & spiritually. If you are looking for a private school education this is the place to be!
As parents, we could not ask for a better school for our kids. They are being well prepared for high school and college. St. Matts test scores compared to the national average are phenomenal and its one of few schools in the state AdvancEd accredited. If you want a school that nurtures your kids spiritually while rigorously preparing them academically, St. Matts is your school
Our two children have attended St. Matt's since preschool. The education that they are receiving has been amazing, both spiritually and academically. The smaller class sizes are something that we really feel is important, as the teachers have time to work one-on-one with the students when needed. The school staff is very caring and professional. The community as a whole has been very welcoming to our family. We couldn't ask for a better place to send our kids. We are confident that they will be well-prepared for high school and beyond.
St. Matthew school is an excellent environment, academically and spiritually, for our two children. The teachers are excellent and the curriculum is outstanding...both of which are preparing our kids for academic success, pre-school through college. The environment is faith centered and welcoming to both Catholic and non-Catholic. St. Matts is a supportive, nurturing environment while also academically rigorous. We would never entertain educating our children anywhere else. It's our faith and academic home!
St. Matthew provideds an excellent faith-centered education to all students, both Catholic and non-Catholic. Graduates are well-prepared for high school with many qualifying for an advanced curriculum their freshman year. The teachers are caring and nuturing, providing instruction tailored to each child's need and learning style. They offer Spanish classes to K thru 8 students and those graduating from St. Matthew routinely test out of the first year of high school Spanish. Students participate in Mass, religious education and sacrament preparation in school. I have two children who graduated from St. Matthew School who were well-prepared for high school, both spiritually and academically. I cannot recommend a school more highly than St. Matthew!
