Andersen is know as the "bad" millard middle school but, it is not. We have a great school and maybe we are the oldest building in the district for middle schools but that doesnt mean we are a bad school. we have mor epride in our school than i have seen any another student from another millard middle school. we also have amazing teachers. the are always trying find new ways to reach kids who dont care any more and help students who do care excell in whatever they do. they also help prepare us for high school and for things later on in life. there is also alot of clubs to join at andersen. once angain that is another way teachers care. they dont have to coach or run culbs after school but, they do. they do any thing to help keep the us kids off the street and out of trouble. sure, we could use some newer sruff or some nicer things but no one can change the pride and safe feeling that andersen middle school bring to me every day. at home and outside of school there is so much presurre and stress but school, andersen, is my safe heaven. the place were i can get awa and talk to people, teachers, and coulsours about my problem and not feel like they are judeing me. i have had an amazing time in my three years at andesen and i am sad to have to leave to become afreshman at millard south high school next year but, i am confdent that my middle school journey has prepare me for high school. thank you andersen for all your help that will help gi=uide me through the rest of my life.

"This school has absolutely changed my son's life! He is a brilliant kid who has a learning disability, and the staff absolutely understands his situation and teaches the way he learns! They are so insightful, understanding and capable, I feel lucky that we are part of that community."

"They have a newly built building which is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. In general the staff is caring, but firm. Only bad thing is that parent involvement is not encouraged. Yet!!"
