It all depends on the teacher that you get. I had a kindergarten teacher who was determined to hold my son back. Then I a had a teacher who had him in 2nd and 3rd grade who REALLY tried to help him. Now his teacher has consistantly tells me how bright he is and that he actually gets too bored in class!
