Ulis Newton Elementary School

I find this school to be utterly insufficient. The teachers are not willing to do one tiny thing over the minimum requirements. The the assistant principal has no skills other than yelling. The art teacher is a bully and the entire student population is afraid of her. The PE teacher is lazy and does not provide adaquate physical fitness instruction.
