Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy

Mattie B. James: During the week of July 11, I had the opportunity to visit his school.  While there were no children in attendance, the staff was gracious to allow me to come and tour the facility. Let me make this very clear, Andre Agassi was one of my favorite tennis players when he played and I am biased observer.  When I visited his academy, my esteem for him was over the moon.  I truly was impresses with his work and the opportunity he is providing to children who would otherwise not have.  The atmosphere of the school is very inviting and the staff was most courteous. I am always looking for best practices to implement for the children that we serve in our program and I found many.  I wish others in his position would take a page for his playbook and do similar great things.  Andre, kudos to you and keep up the good work!!!
