When looking at the statistics listed here, they are wrong. The ratios are wrong. The highest amount of children in the school per teacher is in the school age room for after care and I believe it it 1 to 15. The baby room starts at 1 teacher to four children and it goes up from the depending on the age. Toddlers I believe are one to six, preschool is one to eleven.
Also the diversity is completely wrong. The diversity among both the students and the teachers are wide and varied. This is one of the most diverse childcare centers I have encountered and is great for the children.
The children are well supervised with daily lesson plans in each room. There are three different playgrounds with appropriate equipment for each age, starting with the toddlers. The building and grounds are immaculate.
The teachers and staff are not only well trained, but very friendly and helpful. I have two children who attend this school and I never have to worry about the care they receive while I am at work. There are many opportunities for parent involvement on a continuing basis and is encouraged by the entire staff.
When ever I have had a question weither it be for the teachers or management they have gone out of their way to be helpful to me and my family.
We are happy to continue to have our children attend the Citibank family center. My only criticism would be the cost we do find it to be on the higher side, but with everything else you get what you pay for. Here it is for excellent care and peace of mind.
