Naomi: Canarelli is an OUTSTANDING school. Anyone who believes anything less is blaming the school for their own child's 'atypical adolescent behavior'. The teachers there absolutely 'get' middle school kids, know how to teach to them to make them successful learners/students. Every teacher I have come across repsects the kids and only has their best interests at heart. I am the parent of a graduate from Canarelli, a soon to be 8th grader, and 1 who will enter a year from now. I don't believe I could pay for a better school. Canarelli hires the best of the best.
patricia: Punitive, administration does not follow the districts policy. Some great teachers and a few very bad, mean spirited ones. Expells students for what their own administration terms "typical adolescent behavior". This school district is broken and needs an overhaul! It is no wonder ccsd has a greater than fifty percent drop out rate!
This school is a very unique and fun school. they make learning fun! Canarelli makes every student want to go to school . when i go to sleep i always am soo excited for the next day. when the advisory teachers tell tlhe students no school you hear boo instead of yay! this school should always stay the same and never change. =)
