Mario C & Joanne Monaco Middle School Reviews

I just graduated Monaco . The teachers are nice . Some are a little to involed in our lives. The Subs are nice expect for Mr.dykes he called a kid a Dirty bastard cuz he got mad . Im super scared of him. There are fights but mostly in the bathroom. Some of the kids act like they go hard. those kids make others fear them. Alot of people get make Fun of but like in aa joking way some take it to heart and cry. THERES ALOT OF TESTS! its like elementary alot cuz if u fall have an food fight on accident or just talk to loud they will treat u like lil kids . Over all this school was a good middle school nothing like on Tv like some are. They are adding more clubs. they choose between cheerleading or dance club for the year and u peform all the time only team is the basketball team use to have soccer if u have teacher tht will do it then  have them sign up before the season starts u can any sport just as long as u have a teacher :).

Although i only attended this school for about a month, i could tell it wasn't so bad. my mom only moved me from this school to another 'cause of the fights.
To make this a better school, i recommend removing the bullies and fighters, and maybe the girls who spread rumors... the school's way of disciplining students can also be changed.
Other than that, it's an exceptional school.

Monaco is an okay school but a lot of fights happen there. I had a the best time there although I had my problems and all time lows because girls spread rumors I kept my head held high.

I attend this school right now.. I have to say, I really hate it. Staff, students, and some teachers are very rude. When I was in Elementary school I had all A's, but right when I entered this school, my grades have dropped to C's, D's, and many times, F's. I have been jumped at least twice and have been harassed countless times just because of my hobbies and interests. It seems this school is having trouble with gangs and such..

I went to Monaco from 6th grade to half of my 8th grade year. I did not enjoy it there. About 1/4 of my grade school career was, unfortunately, a waste of my time. Although, the teaching system was okay, but outside those classrooms is where a lot of the misbehavior is at. I attended the school from 08/01 to 01/04. I was the only Native American in my class. I was discriminated a lot from my classmates and some teachers and staff. I witness countless fights. Even though, now a days there is no segregation the school seemed that way. As for me, being the only Native American it was tough. I went through elementary just fine, but Monaco Middle School was not where I belonged. I was passing all my classes with A's and B's. I really should have been in some honors classes, but based on my ethnicity I was rated as a troubled learner. I am now in my second year of college, all I can say to the staff that kept me in the lower classes: "Don't Judge a Book by its Cover!!"
