Ollie Detwiler Elementary School
I am having a difficult time deciding wheather to change my childrens school. They all love their teachers and staff at ollie Detwiller, But I am very concerned with the poor test scores and limited amount of qualified teachers. At the meet and greet I ask a 5th grade teacher what the school was doing so we dont end up with 3 years of unsatisfactory test scores, She had NO idea what I was talking about and just said she wasnt aware of any changes, such as tutering. It has really given me pause to think. If the teachers arent aware of any improvements planned there either arent any or you really have a failure to communicate w/ your staff. Either way not good.
