North Valleys High School is a great school. If one strives to learn and excel. Many students who choose to take normal classes truly do not want to learn or even be in school and many of them are thugs at best. However, in Honors and AP the teachers are the best, the students are bright and fun to be with. Yes, there are some problems with bullies and what not, but what kind of high school doesn't have these problems? Luckily, it's getting better and I will never leave NVHS it is my school and a great school.

As a mother of two high school age children one senior and one a shopmore I am completly horrifed by this school and there lack of concern for the childrens general safety. This school has more than a few troubled teens and yet the teachers and staff includeing the school police are cowards when it come to the violent and or drug addicted students. They turn a blind eye while the few students that are there to learn and grow are left at the mercey of these thugish teenagers. I am appaled that this type of behavior is accepted by not only the school district but our community as a whole have we really given up on our youth so much that we have left them all to fend for themselvs?
