I am a parent of a 6th and 4th grader in our third year at this remarkable school. Chatham Day School delivers what is promised;an academically rigorous and individualized education in a nurturing environment. Our son is thriving by participating in many leadership opportunities; student government, leadership seminars and mentoring of younger students. Our daughter is developing a love of story-writing and working on projects with peers, while advancing at math in amazing ways. The wonderful teachers really get to know your child, and every interaction they have empowers their growth in meaningful ways.

I have been a Chatham Day School parent for eight years. I feel incredibly lucky that my three daughters have been able to attend such an extraordinary school. The students are academically challenged, emotionally nurtured, respected, and valued. You couldn't ask for a better PS-8 environment for your children. It is a very special place.

Dedicated is the word that comes to mind to describe the faculty and administration at Chatham Day School. The teachers always go above and beyond their duties. If you want your children to be in a school that is supportive with a cirriculum that is academically rigorous CDS is a perfect fit for you.
