Marie Mitchell: I called to asked questions regarding your pre-k program and the person answering blew me off and directed me to go to the church (crossroads) i understood that but needed to ask a couple of questions. i did not appreciate the way she responded over the phone. there should have been a little effort on her part to make me feel more interested in enrolling my son. is this what i have to look forward to if i enroll my son? being put on the back burner? i mean, will i have to worry about my son bbeing in hands that will ignore him and me for that matter? whomever you have answering your school phones, needs to be trained as to hoow to answer quick but important questions and to use a little tact. thanking you in advance.
