Hamilton North-Nottingham High School Reviews
WOW! Out of all 3 Hamilton Township Schools Nottingham is by far the best! Any school you go to your going to find drugs, alcohol, and peer pressure but Nottingham has the least out of all. You just need to make good choices and fit in with the right people and you will be fine. Nottingham has the least amount of suicides in the district and the best Drivers Ed program. At Nottingham you have freedom. You dont have to scan into lunch like you do at other schools but everything is kept in a well handled matter. Here you are treated like a young adult. If you do something stupid your going to face the consequences but you are treated like a human being not just another student in the school. Nottingham also has a wonderful staff. The teachers are very well at explaining things and are always there for extra help if needed. They are also very good role models to the students who attend the school. There are so many different things to get involved in at Nottingham and if you end up going there your going to love it! Out of all the schools in the Township Nottingham has the best records, students, teachers, and grades....Not to mention sports!!! (Nottingham Varsity Football is 2012 state champions and the Nottingham Varsity Cheerleaders are CVC First Place Champions!) Being a Northstar is a wonderful feeling and being able to walk around saying your a Northstar makes you proud! There are so many positives in Nottingham! NORTHSTARS....YOU KNOW!!!
I think the ratios of students by Ethnicity should be more evenly balanced throughout the three public high schools in Hamilton! This township buses middle school kids to schools outside their home area--why not High School kids also?! My friend's children went to Lalor Grade school, were bused to Crockett (they rode right by Grice) and then back to Hamilton West for HS!
