I think that Painted Sky is a great school and we finally have a principle that is right for our school. Mrs. Hidalgo puts forth great effort to be there for the students as well as their parents. I hope she keeps the early day on Wednesdays because it is very helpful to parents who need that time to work with their child extra to reinforce areas of difficulty like math or reading. I am a parent who also has another child who is autistic and he requires extra time so this early day is a big help to me. I also like the fact that they are allowed wear any color polo shirt they want. I think that has made them feel like they atleast have some say in what they wear so they don't mind the uniform as much. It would be nice to have a day each week when the could wear jeans. Maybe on Fridays with a Painted Sky T-Shirt.

Sandra B.: We Love our school because they enforce a zero tolerance policy against bullying, and is strongly enforced. In a time when bullying is affecting so many children, it is comforting to feel secure that our children our safe in school. The Principal and staff are caring and strvive at making our children and school a success, by encouraging family envolvement and participation every step of the way. They are really making sure every child reaches their potential and is made to feel valued and confident. In my opinion the entire staff deserves recognition. My grandchild loves it here!
