denisethomas: So far the customer service has been awesome. I currently live in Cincinnati, OH and I am graudating from college in two weeks and am transitioning from here to New York City and need child care for my son; the Natalia lady is very sweet and helpful. She said she'd help me with everything once I've arrived in New York. This was dear to my haert because choosing a day care for your child can be difficult especially when the child is adjusting to a new home as well. Sounds great so far. I'll post later on the experience of the center in person.
