Bronx Health Sciences High School Reviews
BHS is not a good school. Look at the stats concerning the percentage of children who passed the Regents exam. The school is just strict, and has no other special qualities. The children still get into fights, but they do so after school.
They do not have any extracurricular activities, and they occupy only half of the floor that the school is located on.
This school is a very good school when compare to a few other like schools. I am disappointed with the chemestry department. The kids are not up to par with other public schools and they are not ready for Chemestry Regents in June. Teachers need to spend more time teaching rather than policing the kids.
More activities need to be added such as computers, music, art, dance...etc. Colleges do look at this. Teachers also need to stop showing favoritism.
i love this school.. best in the best.
This School is a very good school because it teachs things that most other high school's dont. Their test scores in 2008 are not that good but they are still high. Bronx Health Sciences High School is a great science school and they also know what they are doing for the students furture. And the furture looks great for them.
