Marble Hill High School of International Studies Reviews
It is really a spoonfed school. They force us to do community service or else we "will not be able to graduate." They make their own standards of graduation instead of following the NYDOE standards of graduation. Classes are too long (from 1 hour to 1.5 hours), which means less classes given (most is 6), and they give us no freedom of changing our schedule. For instance I have 38 credits as a starting junior and I do not need my last class (Financial Math) because it is unnecessary, yet they will not take it off my schedule as other schools would do. And Gym is afterschool (4:30pm) depriving us of time to get home and do our homework. Overall is good, but is missing high school qualities because it still feels as if I am attending Junior High School.
