LDirig: This is a great school as long as you are a parent that is active in your child's education... if not your child could get shuffled around. I came from the mid-west and the education system there is not as advanced as the east coast, so even though she was to be in first grade she wasn't reading yet so the vice principle told me she would fail and that the best thing to do was move her to kindgergarden. My child didn't like it and no longer wanted to go to school. When i FINIALLY was able to directly to the principle (who is a great man!!!! and didn't know they moved my daughter down a grade) he put her back in first grade and her teacher who is also wonderful, worked with her and got her right where she needed to be! SO the moral so this long post is to always be active in your kids education!
