Mrs. Jones: I really love the School. However, there should be afterschool available for the students. There is a need for sports, dance, music , Arts, tutoring etc, programs. There has to be funding for these types of programs I do see them in other Charter schools in the 11221  district zone. Parents need to be more involved in the school. There also should adress disciplinary concerns. Otherthan those issues the school would be of gret excellence.

faye hodge: There is no parent involvement at the school. The school is not living up to their mission statement.  The school has not implemented certain things that are stated in their charter they are violating their charter.  Their is no after school tutoring for the students and no enrichment programs.  The leadership does not respond to parents in a timely manner.  The leadership is not very forthcoiming with parents.  The school has alot of discipline issues and class disruption from students.

So far I will give them a 5 star rating, my daughter is in kindergarten and within the short time she has been there she has progressed very well.

Her teacher Ms LaRosa is very nice, easy to talk to.  She always has a minute or so to spare when you approach her.

The kids don't seem to be over pushed as i have observed with other charter schools.  My daughter is actually eager to go to school.

They are also flexible with pick up times, which is a blessing to me.

SN:  They are a little slow to problem resolution.

I recommend this school.
