Starrett Early Learning Center

I wouldnt want any parent to be mislead so I just wanted to write a response to the parent that stated this school is a rip off, unsafe, unhealthy, and unfriendly. The other 6 reviews speaks for itself. I have never met any staff that is unfriendly and unwilling to help. If I call the principle or one of my child's teachers they are always available. ALWAYS! As far as unsafe, never was there an issue or event where I felt my child was unsafe at this school or in an unhealthy environment. Babysitting in a crowded small room? There are 10 kids in my son's class, they all have mini beds to lay down on for nap time. This would be close to impossible in a crowded, small room. Overall this school has been great to my son. The staff goes above and beyond for these kids. Always there for the kids and willing to help.  No school is perfect and sometimes there may be an issue here or there but if you are unhappy, the best step to take would be to remove your child from the school. I hope your experience at Starrett Early Learning improves.

This place is a rip-off, unsafe, unhealthy, and unfriendly.  I would not put my child back there even if it was free.  It is basically babysitting in a crowded, small room.

This school is great. My son started here in September of 2011 and it is now October 14, 2011 and I can see a major difference. He has learned so much in a little over a month. His teachers are Ms. Ana and Ms. Patrice. They are the best teachers you could have for a toddler. I love them, the way the handle the kids, just everything. Im so happy my son attends this school. It is such a great environment and it is where your kid should be!!!!!!

My son has been going to this day care since he was 2yrs old and 6 months he's had just about every teacher that was there and the work that they do with these children is phenomenal. They show that they want them to learn and excell he is going to first grade in September and I know he will miss them so thank you for everything.

Nicole: My daughter Nia Nicole currently attends Starrett Early Learning Center. Her teachers, Ms. Amy and Ms. Dale are phenomenal. The school year is coming to an end both Nia and I will saddend when she leaves. I am elated to say she has grown tremendously socially and academically. I highly recommend this school. Thank you for doing a great job Ms. Amy and Ms. Dale.

My daughter Melinda is currently attending this school, and she got 95 score on gifted and talent 2011. thank you to Ms. Josephine and Ms. Brenda. thanks for everything.

Gardner: My 4 year old attends this school and is currently in Pre-K.  He is learning so much.  He is writing his name, recognizes his numbers, letters and his vocabulary is equivalent to that of a 6 year old.  They do extracuricular activities such as instruments swimming library and sports.  The teacher's are very nice and caring.  It isn't free, but I would highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a good pre school/kindergarten school for their toddler
