Abraham Wing, has one class room per grade, approximately. I have children that are special needs and regular ed and all their educational needs have been met or exceeded. We had friends with a gifted child that was not challenged enough and sometimes it seems that way for us, but where they are lax in that area, possibly, they exceed expectations in other areas.

I have never had to fight with their CSE for anything I asked, for my special needs children and they have given my regular ed kids, counselling that they needed, with no fights either. I have had a few issues with the playground, but our boys are overly exhuberant and sometimes hurt themselves, due to no fault on the schools part. However, the care of the nurse has left me a bit concerned more than once. We seem to have worked that all out and we seem to be on the same page.

All said this is a well run school with the best interests of the kids and needs of the community at heart. There are some afterschool programs and also summer classes, to help the kids in the community. We have a good beginner music program and lots of support from the community. Ella is great at making sure you have her ear whenever you think you need and also great about helping where she can. All said, Abraham Wing School is a great school for kids to grow up in and we look forward to many more years of education at this school for our children.

Thank you everyone for all your hard work.....

"This school has absolutely changed my son's life! He is a brilliant kid who has a learning disability, and the staff absolutely understands his situation and teaches the way he learns! They are so insightful, understanding and capable, I feel lucky that we are part of that community."

"They have a newly built building which is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. In general the staff is caring, but firm. Only bad thing is that parent involvement is not encouraged. Yet!!"
