This school caught my eye years back. My second child is attending Trinity with smaller classes, dedicated teachers, AP classes in the areas of his strengths for additional recognition for entry into the better colleges, superior foreign language dept., terrific clubs, well established sports teams, and impressive sprawling fields. It is well worth the longer commute from Mineola!

As a former student many moons ago, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the teachers are there to teach and they do encourage the students to do their best. There were many medically challenged students there during my 4 years that were assisted and acclamated just fine in that same setting. It's up to the students themselves and their parents to make sure that they do well in school and go through the proper staff members if needed to see this through fruition if so be. As far as the "Christian" aspect - It is a fine Catholic school with the utmost moral issues at hand.

As a former parent of Holy Trinity, I have to say that I was truly disappointed. Only the "perfect" do well at Holy Trinity. For a Christian school, one would think that if a child had a medical challenge that they would go above and beyond to assist. Of course, if your child is a great athlete, they'll be fine. The level of safety is poor as well. All doors should be locked during school hours. Horrible!!! Don't waste your money...public school makes for a much happier child!!
