Learning Seeds Day Care-Holbrook

This grandmother and educator did not like this place and told her daughter to "take my grandkids out of this program! I feel this center lacks the professional qualities needed to meet the social/emotional needs of children in their care." My grandaughter and grandson were enrolled in this school recently. I attended my grandson's graduation from the preschool program and my grandaughter was with us. I was concerned and upset to see my grandaughter stiffen her body and freeze at the doorway entrance. She immediately started crying and was upset the whole time we were there. I was shocked because she was happy before arriving at the school, and I haven't seen her carry on like this before. As soon as we left, she was happy! This was not just a one time reaction to this place. My daughter picked her up early a few times because she was crying and they couldn't handle it. My grandaughter suffered undo stress because of this day care and it chills me to wonder what her day to day experience was in this place. If you have a 2 or 3 year old that needs hugs and love to help them feel secure, you probably won't get that here.
