Linda: Mr. Norman is indeed a true treasure to the Lakeland School District. He is a role model to both students and teachers. As a parent in the Lakeland district, I first became away of Mr. Norman through parents and colleagues. Over the years, having heard many stories about this amazing man, I finally had the pleasure of meeting him. He truly lived up to his reputation. He is a man of honor, and integrity. The attributes that sets him apart from others are his innate beliefs, motivation and ways of relating to people. These talents, combined with his knowledge and skills, enable him to be an outstanding leader. He has created a great school community, one in which students feel safe and know they will be treated fairly. Mr. Norman, thank you for your excellent leadership in our community and for service to our country. You are a true American hero!!!
