Catherine: This center has radically improved over the past 2 years. The director, the girls at the front desk and the teachers are great. We've had no turnover with my daughter's teachers but some turnover with teacher assistants. It's definitely not babysitting and we highly recommend it!

Bob: Doodle bugs looks nice from the outside, and even from the inside. But don't let the smiles fool you, it's all about the money. They go through staff so quickly you don't even get to really know who is watching your child before they are gone and replaced with someone new. Your child will not get the educational experience you think they will, majority of the time it is more like you are over paying a babysitter. They have cameras to watch your children, however, show little concern if you mention something that may concern you.
Employees are very nice, but like I said they don't last long. Despite their kindness you will notice a lack of patience on their behalf, and a lack of ability to properly manage your child's behavior. You might as well set up a camera at home and watch your child run around the house and perhaps have a dog chase the kid?
Overall, Doodle bugs seemed to me personally to be a very unprofessional place for my child. If you are looking for a place you will be happy to leave your child, yes the webcams are a plus, but even if you can watch it doesn't mean it's the best environment.
