la Francis Hardiman Elementary School Reviews
This school is absolutely horrible the special education is really not a special education they just say that to get the money for the special education children. They have caused my child nothing but pain and stress and every day he wake up to go to this school he cries. Run away as fast as you can because it only gets worst as you go on.
This school have the worst special education program every. The only thing my son have learned so far is how to defend hisself in fights with the other students. The aids thats in the classroom with these other teachers is outrageous and I am appalled at how they handle things when it comes to the students. I am currently fighting to get him placed in a school that is equipped to fit his needs.
I would like to say that this school NEEDS HELP!! They need more teachers and more funds to get this school. My child goes here and he has trouble learning what he needs. There are about 24-25 kids in one class and only ONE teacher. The child to teacher ratio is terrible. One person can barely handle five kids it must be tough on the children and the teacher in these scenarios. It is definitely difficult as a parent because I have to spend EXTRA time to do part of the teachers job in teaching my child what he needs to do.
Its a nightmare. ON Jan 19th my sons head was cut up with a scissors in the classroom. When the teacher realized what was done she told me that my son did it himself to cover up her neglect. My son has been traumatized with this abuse. Not only that the first week of school he was dropped off at the wrong bus stop twice a mile away, I had to conduct a search for my son the first week of school, that is Outrageous!!
