Carol and Frank Biondi Educational Center

MS X: This school is not as good as they report.  The kids are not receiving a valuable education, teachers are giving undeserved grades.  Many kids spend less than 2 hours a day in the classroom learning and 4-5 hours working (non eductional related jobs).  Grades are given to kids in subjects that they are never in the class to learn. The school does not put enough focus into the kids education.  The employment rate after graduation is very low due to the kids not knowing how to read above a 5th grade level. Safety is a big issue, kids can come and go as they please, administration does not stop them.  kids are allowed to take public transportation home after their parents have specificly informed the school that their child is to take the school bus.  I think its time for the state to step up and step in.  The majority of the kids do not have parents.  They are in foster homes or in the programs residential facility.  It's time that someone shows that they care about them.
