When it comes to using a teacher or administrator's real name, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." Reviews containing negative comments or accusations about named individuals or individuals identified by title, such as "the principal", will not be posted. If you have complaints or unresolved issues, please contact the school directly. Don't think of this as an opportunity to "vent" and do not state data or facts unless you are sure they are accurate.

Next year, I will be attending East Carolina University to major in music education. My plan had been to become a high school band director, but I have recently began considering focusing my attention on elementary school music. It is in the back of my mind that I would love to teach at UP someday. UP gave me the headstart on my future in music. I would soo love to go back someday and inspire kids in the same way that I was inspired. If you're considering sending your child to UP, if they get even a fraction of the experience that I did, it will be well worth it.
