Saint Stephens Elementary School

I believe this school is could do a lot more to help the kids to learn and go above and beyond their abilities.  My daughter has struggled for years and for the last 2 years in this school I have to all but pull teeth to get teachers to work with me to get answers to simple questions like when are test or does she have homework.  Another thing that bothers me is they don't give much homework.  I know most 6th and 7th graders have hours of homework yet my daughter rarely has homework.  Only thing I can attribute this to is the teacher just don't want to take the time to grade it.  I think this is ridiculous.  I would love to move my daughter to a new school but unfortunately we don't have the money for a private school and due to state regulations you have to keep your child within the district you live.  I wish there was another way.
