New Bridge Middle School Reviews
My child is leaving the 8th grade in a few days and is so prepared for high school. We considered home school three years ago, thank goodness we made the decision to go to Newbridge. They are serious about school and serious about getting our kids ready for high school. When they call home about issues, they mean business. I was always able to stand behind the decisions of the principals and teachers. We love Newbridge!
I am proud that my kid is a New Bridge Bear. The principal Dr. Barnes helped with a serious situation today and proved himself to be knowledgeable, professional, and concerned. He involved his counselor Mrs. Binder and she too was so helpful. I can't say enough about this school and their treatment of parents and students.
oh New Bridge.....i miss you now....i used to fear your haunted hallways, no lockers, and teacher always with another assignment, always pushing us to do more....but seriously, the best teachers I had were at New Bridge. The best science teacher I ever had Mrs. Anderson, I learned more from her than anyone! Dr. Barnes and Mrs. Buckner are a dynamic principal and assistant duo! They actually care and want you to learn! New Bridge has a lot of rules, but you will thank them later, great teachers! (did anyone else get after school detention for dress code violations? Watch out- they'll get you for two-toned shoes. HAHA)
Great teachers and staff, can't say it enough. My closest friends today in high school were made at New Bridge.
This is our second year at New Bridge. I wish we could have gotten in during my son's 6th grade year but no luck. The lottery process leaves out alot of deserving kids. But this will help my daughter get in. The teachers are first rate- Mrs. Helt in particular. The principal Mr. Barns is great. he actually knows the students and returns calls. Hes got a good program. This is the best school around.
