Past Employee: The only thing Christian about this school is the fact that "Christian" is in the title. The communication between the administrator and employees as well as parents is very mistrued. Parents will be told one thing only to find out later that it was not the case. Parents are "classified" in certain groups as well as their children. Children are treated according to how the opinions of the administrator of the parents are felt. As a past employee I experienced over ratio with children for hours at a time. I have experienced hearing other teachers yell at children and even use unkind words (What is considered swearing) towards the children. I have seen teachers slam other children down out of frustration and have witnessed children being belittled by teachers. I have witnessed teachers gossiping about parents and also witnessed a children being mistreated due to the way the teacher felt about the parent. I experienced LCA when it was under the old administration and loved it. However with the new administration, I wouldn't dare put my child there. The only communication at this establishment is when the State comes in and they run to the classes informing teachers so that they can "FIX" what is "WRONG" at the time.
