G R Edwards Middle School
Edwards is a segregated middle school. It has a great community of teachers, but the community it serves is segregated and this reflects in its educational practices. The school is majority African-American, but the accelerated classrooms are predominantly white. I would like to see that change. Opportunities would better serve the community if they are spread around fairly.
