Eleanor Gerson High School Reviews
I had graduated from EGHS in 2009. This school by far was the most suitable school for my emotional needs. They work with you with any problem you are having whether its school related or not. The class sizes made me feel comfortable, and I was able to get one on one attention from the teacher when i needed help. I would suggest this school to anyone.
Starting this year (2009) our son started attending EGH. We are very excited about the school and his opportunities to learn. We love the smaller class sizes and the choices in what is being taught. If I could go back to when I was his age I would have loved to have been a student at Eleanor Gerson High. I guess if you are looking for a school that can provide the "typical High School experience"; one with a football/basketball night once or twice a week or a big graduation ceremony at the end of 12th grade; then maybe a bigger high school is a better choice for you. However; if your child is a student that would benefit from a smaller class size and a more focused staff with a very diverse curriculum, then speak to the coordinator in your district and ask about Eleanor Gerson.
