About This School
Charter schools are public schools, but differ from traditional public schools in that they are independent and are operated by educators, parents, community leaders, educational entrepreneurs, or others. Funding for charter schools is based on designated local or state educational organizations. Those organizations are responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality and effectiveness of education, but permit the schools to operate outside of the traditional public school education system. See Great Western Academy's test results to learn more about school performance.

Great Western Academy Reviews
this school is very good, it meets the needs of my children and helps the ones who need it the most. i have 3 children in this school and i am very happy with the progress they are making in their learning. my oldest has been @ IGWA since she was in kindergarten and every year she has been doing work 2 grades above the one she is in by the end of the year
This school didn't meet the needs of my son. He went to school here for 2 years and still to this day has trouble reading. There is no consistence with this school.
