About This School
Alternative schools are public schools that offer nontraditional education for students whose needs cannot be met in a regular, special education, or vocational school. While alternative schools are distinct from regular, special education, and vocational schools in their teaching approach or classroom environment, they can provide similar services and/or curriculum for students. Alternative schools include schools for potential dropouts, residential treatment centers for substance abuse, schools for chronic truants, and schools for students with behavioral problems. Lima Alternative High School Reviews
I am a former student who graduated from here in 1996! Because of the structure and caring attitudes of staff I went on to become a police officer and am now in college again to get my masters degree in social work! This program can be successful with the support of family and friends, trust me I am living proof!! Thank you staff and class of "96"!!!
