Very, very unprofessional, pay their workers minimum wages (young struggling mothers) once a month on the 1st only; no matter what day that fall on usually after 5pm. They also charges them for tardliness, work performance and whatever else they can tack on to reduce their monthly meager pay. These young mothers lack real job skills to support their family, and rely on this employer, who's clearly taking advantage of them. As far as the actual children that attend the daycare, the company does a fairly good job of caring and teaching them. The only reason I gave it a star, their good with the kids.
