Crystal: Marymount is the best preschool I have ever found! Having worked at 2 preschools and having 4 children of my own, now between the ages of 4 and 13, I have experienced many preschool programs. Marymount is outstanding by comparison. Ms. Acuna loves kids and she is very skilled at teaching children. This preschool offers multi-subject curriculum from science to language to hygiene. There is no doubt that your child will be at the top of the Kindergarten class after attending preschool at Marymount. My 4 year old is a difficult child. He is very stubborn and strong-willed and Ms. Acuna has been able to handle him with ease and to help him learn despite his stubbornness. She treats each child like an individual and tailors her teaching style to their learning style. At 4 years old, my son can write his first and last name, he knows about presidents, the water cycle, he can count in English and Spanish, he knows the names and sounds of most of the alphabet and he is beginning to read blend sounds. Marymount has a strong curriculum but it is a well-rounded program also teaching life skills and good common sense. I love this preschool!
