Rejoice Christian School Inc

Rejoice Christian School has been such a blessing to our family.  We have seen our three kids flourish socially, spiritually and academically.  The teachers truly care about their students and go above and beyond in training them both academically and spiritually.  There is great communication between the teachers and parents.  The school is made up of a community of both staff and parents who work along side each other in training the students of Rejoice.  My kids spend the majority of their day at Rejoice in a warm and caring environment and I feel good about that!  They are ministered to weekly in chapel, they are trained daily in Scripture, and they are involved in hands on learning in the classrooms.  No school is perfect and no student is perfect.  The blessing of Rejoice is it provides the opportunity to apply the Word to daily life in order to help my kids move forward in the process of being made new in Christ.

I love Rejoice.  I moved my child from public school to Rejoice and quickly saw an improvement in her attitude and appearance.  It is so nice to see teachers who care about the children and who have the support of the school system to do what is right.

Students not only receive an excellent education, but the Spiritual maturity and extra curricular activities that they experience are priceless.  My children have been blessed with Godly teachers, most of whom have retired from other schools and have chosen to teach at a Christian school.  One of my children is now in college, fully prepared to succeed, with confidence in who he is and his purpose in life.

Wow, my experience with this school is much different than the one posted on Jan. 9, 2012!   My children have attended RCS for 5+ years, and they are well ahead of their neighborhood peers in their academics.  Their friends actually come to them for help with their math and science, and they are 2 grade levels above my children at RCS!!!

Where else can you find a school with a full-time Academic Advisor who starts mapping the future with you and your child in 7th grade!!!!  They also have a Spiritual Life Director on staff as well, giving my children the best of both worlds in a tough secular environment today.  I personally feel that, while the Owasso public schools do a great job, RCS just simply takes it to another level for my kids!   No way would they ever go any where else.   While it may be a financial sacrifice to some, I consider it an academic and eternal investment for my children.

Staff is loving, caring, and so truly interested in my childrens' lives that it is a joy to take them there each day and know what capable hands they are in.  

I say check it out - your children are worth the time to make an informed decision!  No place is perfect, but this is real close!

I was so excited to enroll my child in a Christian School, but was disappointed to learn that this school was more of a poorly run business than a school. The academics are marginal at best. My kids would come home from school to show me the card games (like Mexican Sweat and Poker) they learned in English or Science. Bullying is also a huge problem. The students realize that administrators do not follow through on punishment of any kind. I am a huge advocate of Christian Schools, but this is one to pass up.
