Bright Horizons Childrens Learning Center Reviews

By a Parent on

One preschool lead teacher there was absolutely a monster! She always put on a smile, or rather a show in front of the parents - like hugging the kids etc. Behind the scenes, she cared less about my kid - like let him played in the playground on a rainy day without rain gear on (but his rain gear was in the classroom). We found out a couple of times that she was away for extended period of time while the regulation requires two teachers should be present when the class are active, but there was only one teacher. We received several accident reports, when asked has any teacher witnessed what happened - none. Again the regulation requires 2 teachers to have visual contact of the class. When my kid was not behaving to her satisfaction, she took him to the bathroom and pushed him. For a long time, we didn't why my kid wouldn't want to go to school and cried very badly with nightmares. Only a couple of years later that my kid was old enough and comfortable to tell us the real story. We are so furious, that's why we write to share this real story.
